Campanet is surrounded by scenic hiking trails and is a popular hub for cycling routes, making CA'N RUQUET an ideal base for nature and adventure lovers. Beautiful beaches and towns like Pollença and Alcudia are just a 15-minute drive away, while Palma with its culture, dining, and nightlife can be reached in 30 minutes.


The house is spread over three floors. The ground floor features a living room, dining area with wood-burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. The charming garden has an outdoor dining table under a lemon tree. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with queen-size beds and a second bathroom. The top floor offers a double bedroom with two single beds, a cozy library/game room, and a rooftop terrace with mountain and sea views—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing at sunset.
