This place, imbued with a spiritual, serene air, is perfect for disconnecting from the daily hustle and bustle. The house, a former convent of the Franciscan Sisters from 1890 renovated in 2023, offers a unique and cosy atmosphere for up to 12 people.
With 6 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and two additional toilets, you will have all the space and comfort you need. Distributed over two floors, it has a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy meals in the open air, as well as a refreshing swimming pool and a barbecue, ideal for sharing unforgettable moments with friends and family.
The unobstructed views surrounding the property will invite you to relax and enjoy nature. Come and enjoy a unique experience in this tranquil setting, where every detail has been designed to make your stay unforgettable.

Room adapted for people with reduced mobility. Bedroom 2: with two 90 cm beds, TV, wardrobe, hot/cold air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower. Toilet Kitchen: Fully equipped and furnished with all the necessary items for cooking. Dining table with chairs. Living room: with TV, pellet fireplace, board games, two sofas and reading area. First floor: TV room, reading area and board games and/or work area with pellet fireplace. Bedroom 3: with large double bed, wardrobe, TV, work area, hot/cold air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower. Utility room: with washing machine, dryer, pool towels, ironing board and iron. Toilet Bedroom 4: with large double bed, TV, wardrobe, hot/cold air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to private terrace. The organisation was born with the pioneering aim of providing healthcare and education to the needs of the youngest and most vulnerable, with the desire to alleviate their suffering and restore their dignity. The collaboration of a large part of Mallorcan society at the time was fundamental in the early days of our history.
From these humble beginnings to the present day, Mater has evolved and diversified its services, becoming a large organisation with around 450 professionals and more than a thousand users. At Mater we provide comprehensive care for people with functional diversity, facing the different challenges that arise in their daily lives, from birth and throughout their life journey, and providing quality services.
To develop this project, Mater has been established in several locations in Mallorca. Guests can enjoy the entire house.
Rooms will be opened depending on the number of guests staying (1 room for every 2 guests), as the price varies depending on the number of guests staying.
The minimum price is for 6 people (3 rooms) and from there on, an extra fee is charged per person per night. We will receive you personally.
