La propiedad se ubica en la Serra de Tramuntana, en un enclave idílico en el marco de una finca ganadera en pleno funcionamiento.
La casa consta de: entrada, gran sala de estar, segunda sala de estar con televisión, amplio comedor, cocina con zona de office. Tres amplios dormitorios y dos baños completos. Amplia zona exterior con huerto de naranjos.

Das Haus befindet sich im ersten Stock einer großen mallorquinischen "possessió" (Landgut) aus dem 16. Jahrhundert, 15 Minuten von Palma de Mallorca und 3 Kilometer von Bunyola entfernt. Das Haus wurde 2014 restauriert, wobei seine Geschichte und sein Altertum respektiert wurden, was zu einem Gleichgewicht zwischen einem funktionellen Haus des 21. Jahrhunderts und der mallorquinischen Tradition führte. Das Anwesen befindet sich in der Serra de Tramuntana, in einer idyllischen Umgebung im Rahmen einer voll funktionsfähigen Viehzucht.
Das Haus besteht aus: Eingang, großes Wohnzimmer, zweites Wohnzimmer mit TV, großes Esszimmer, Küche mit Bürobereich. Drei große Schlafzimmer und zwei vollständige Badezimmer. Großer Außenbereich mit Orangenhain.

Maison située au premier étage d'une grande "possessió" (propriété) majorquine du XVIe siècle, à 15 minutes de Palma de Majorque et à 3 kilomètres de Bunyola. La maison a été rénovée en 2014, en respectant son histoire et son antiquité, ce qui a permis de trouver un équilibre entre une maison fonctionnelle du XXIe siècle et la tradition majorquine. La propriété est située dans la Serra de Tramuntana, dans un cadre idyllique, dans le cadre d'une ferme d'élevage en plein fonctionnement.
La maison se compose de : entrée, grand salon, deuxième salon avec TV, grande salle à manger, cuisine avec coin bureau. Trois grandes chambres et deux salles de bains complètes. Grand espace extérieur avec une orangeraie.
La tranquillité et l'atmosphère paisible sont idéales pour nos hôtes qui cherchent à s'échapper du bruit du monde, afin que les enfants puissent connaître une finca majorquine traditionnelle, et en même temps être reliés à la ville et aux plages de notre merveilleuse île.
