Can Fressa is a beautifully renovated Mallorquin manor house with private apartments and a shared garden with a pool located in the centre of Alaro village, only 1 min walk from the square. Perfect location for hikers, cyclists or a family wanting to enjoy their holiday in a beautiful village surrounded by the Tramuntana mountains. This lovely apartments offers large bedrooms, bathrooms, , cosy lounges and a private kitchen, shared pool and garden.
This stunning and traditionally Mallorquin stately manor once belonged to the descendants of the Viscount of Bearn.
For centuries the house, the surrounding estates, the family and the town prospered thanks to the high-quality vineyards and olive groves nestling in the mountainous terrain around Alaro.
The quaint and beautiful town square is just around the corner from the manor. Fully immerse yourself in real local village life, wander through the picturesque winding streets and explore the many welcoming cafes and well-known restaurants and tapas bars. The stately home is now a gorgeous much loved holiday residence with self-contained suites of different sizes. The whole house can be rented for private events or large group bookings. It is also possible to rent an apartment within the manor for a stay in the sun too. The manor has a garden with a lovely outdoor swimming pool and chillout sunbathing area.
