Situated in a residential area, there are direct neighbors. Within the house you can find a living room where you can watch a film in the TV-sat or a DVD.

During autumn nights you can build a warm fire in the wood stove.

There are two bedrooms with double bed and one with two single beds, all of them with closet and a ceiling fan, as well as two bathrooms with shower.

One cot and a highchair are available on request. Colonia de Sant Pere is an old fishing village located in the North of the island.

It is a little jewel between the sea and the mountains, ideal for beach holidays as well as for sports like hiking and cycling.

There are many beaches around the village like Cala Torta or Caló des Ermitans.

In the village, you can find the nautic club with a restaurant, the seafront promenade with bars and more restaurants as well as a grocery shop.

In Cala Ratjada and Can Picafort you will find nightlife in the summer, bigger supermarkets and a lot of leisure for adults and children.
