The upper level is filled with natural light and features a beautifully equipped designer kitchen with integrated appliances, an open-plan dining area and a comfortable living room, all flowing seamlessly onto the spacious outdoor terrace. This impressive terrace is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the property.
Overlooking the Bay of Alcúdia, it features a stunning private infinity swimming pool (approximately 7m x 5m), generous sunbathing areas and an outdoor dining space where guests can enjoy long Mediterranean lunches or spectacular sunsets.
A small landscaped garden adds further charm, with fragrant pine trees and Mediterranean herbs carried by the cooling sea breeze. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 spacious en-suite bedrooms. The principal suite enjoys panoramic sea views, a private balcony and a luxurious super king-size bed, creating the perfect place to wake up overlooking the bay. Property would benefit from having the rubbish collected - nobody wants to visit the local waste facility during their holiday. Big infestation of ants in the kitchen every day despite best efforts to keep the area clean.
